At the Philippine Bayanihan Society (Singapore) (PBSS), we believe in bringing our community closer through meaningful events, celebrations, and shared experiences.
Are you organising an event for the Filipino community in Singapore? We welcome organisations, associations, schools, community groups, and partners to submit their upcoming events for possible promotion through our PBSS community platforms.
How to Submit Your Event
Simply complete our Event Submission Form with the following information:
- Organisation Name - Name of the organising group or institution.
- Contact Person - Name, email address, and contact number.
- Event Title - Official name of your event.
- Event Date and Time - Scheduled date and duration.
- Event Venue - Location or online platform.
- Event Description - Brief overview of the event, its purpose, and intended audience.
- Registration Details - Registration link, ticket price (if applicable), and contact information.
- Event Poster - Upload your official promotional artwork.
Submission Guidelines
- Events should be relevant to the Filipino community in Singapore.
- Please submit your event at least 14 days before the scheduled date.
- Submissions are subject to PBSS review and approval.
- PBSS reserves the right to determine which events will be published or promoted.
- Submission does not guarantee publication, promotion, sponsorship, or endorsement by PBSS.
- Event organisers remain responsible for the accuracy of information and the conduct of their activities.
